Thomas F. Cox
Mr. Thom Cox is a native and lifelong resident of St. Petersburg, Florida. Thom completed his high school and college education on an accelerated program, wherein he graduated magna cum laude at the age of 18 with a B.A. in government and history from Morehead State University. He continued his education at Stetson University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1983.
Thom is a seasoned and experienced attorney, and is admitted to the Florida Bar, U.S. Federal District Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a former certified circuit/civil mediator and arbitrator, and former Special Tax Master for the Pinellas County Tax Collector.
He is a frequent lecturer and author on asset protection, and preservation issues including offshore asset protection and diversification, foreclosure defense, mortgage modification and short sales, bankruptcy and wills, trusts and estate planning.
Stephany P. Sanchez
Stephany Sanchez graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida, in Tampa. She majored in Government and International Studies, and received a Certificate of Asian Studies. Stephany continued to pursue her interest in Asian culture and language at Nankai University, in Tianjin, China, where she studied Mandarin Chinese.
After returning from China, Ms. Sanchez turned her attention to the study of law. She worked as a law clerk for the Department of Justice, in the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and received her Juris Doctorate with honors from Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg, Florida.
Stephany Sanchez, now a bankruptcy attorney in St. Petersburg, is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.
Bob Andringa graduated with a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration (Finance) with high honors and a Law Degree with honors from the University of Florida in the mid 1970’s. Bob began his law practice with the prominent law firm of Baynard, McLeod & Lang, P.A. in St. Petersburg. He has also been a professor, at what was then known as, St. Petersburg Junior College, teaching Applied Ethics.
He started his own research company that operated throughout Florida, New Jersey and New York for the purpose of collecting unsatisfied junior mortgages and judgments for primarily financial institutions.
Mr. Andringa resumed the active practice of law back in his hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida, in 2002, as a sole practioner in the primary areas of family law, mortgage enforcement and defense, collections, landlord/tenant law, business litigation, wills, trusts and probate. His clients are mostly “blue collar” ordinary, everyday individuals, which he considers himself to be.
Larry is a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Law, in Gainesville, Florida. He has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1975. He practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate and title insurance, corporate and business law. Larry is a title/closing agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, through Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC.
